By accessing or using Journey & Wisdom Publications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including authors, editors, reviewers, institutional subscribers, and general visitors to the website.

All content published on Journey & Wisdom Publications is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Published research papers and manuscripts
• Website design, graphics, and user interface elements
• Logos, branding materials, and trade names
• Editorial content, databases, and metadata
• Software and technical infrastructure of the platform

Authors who submit manuscripts retain rights to their work as specified in the individual publication agreements. However, by submitting to Journey & Wisdom Publications, authors grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish, distribute, and archive their work.

Authors submitting manuscripts to Journey & Wisdom Publications agree to follow the submission guidelines and undergo the peer-review process. The editorial team reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions to submitted manuscripts.

Authors additionally agree to:

• Confirm that the submitted work is original and has not been previously published elsewhere
• Confirm that the work is not under simultaneous review at another publication
• Accurately represent all authors who made substantial contributions to the work
• Disclose any potential conflicts of interest
• Respond promptly to revision requests within the specified timeframe

The dispatch of hardcopy certificates takes a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 2 months (in case of heavy load), with dispatch occurring between the 25th and 31st of every month.

All users must adhere to ethical standards when using Journey & Wisdom Publications. This includes but is not limited to:

• Avoiding plagiarism: All submitted work must be original. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection and potential blacklisting.
• Providing accurate information: All details provided during registration and submission must be truthful and accurate.
• Respecting intellectual property: Users must respect the rights of other authors, researchers, and content creators.
• Maintaining professional conduct: All interactions must be conducted professionally and respectfully.
• No fraudulent submissions: Submitting falsified data, fabricated results, or manipulated images is strictly prohibited.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords. Unauthorised access or use of another user's account is strictly prohibited.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party
• You must keep your contact information and personal details up to date

Journey & Wisdom Publications reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are found to be involved in fraudulent activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Journey & Wisdom Publications expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and even if Journey & Wisdom Publications has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Journey & Wisdom Publications at our discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or us.

Grounds for termination may include violation of these Terms, submission of plagiarised or fraudulent content, harassment of staff or other users, or engaging in any activity harmful to the platform's reputation or operation.

Journey & Wisdom Publications reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
